When an auction is in the process of closing, we have enabled a feature where only live (“open”) items are visible to bidders. Not a fan? You can easily personalize your viewing experience. Yes! We have viewings on Fridays from 9AM-3PM. We appreciate if bidders call us prior to arriving so that we can have someone available to assist you. Please come prepared with the item numbers you would like to view, we limit it to about 10 items per bidder. Please note some of the larger items like furniture, wholesale pallets, etc. may not be accessible where they are stored and will not be able to be viewed. We will try our best to show as many items as we can.
Bidders are allowed 2 abandoned auctions. An abandoned auction is one that was not picked up and/or not paid for within the specified time frame. If a bidder has a minimum of 2 abandoned auctions, the account will be blocked and placed on a 6 month probation. Once the probation has been fulfilled, bidders can contact us via phone or email in order to have their account reviewed and reinstated. The abandonment date for an auction is provided on your invoice and in the details section for an auction.
